PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for enhancing the collection efficiency of impurities and extending the life of an impurity removing apparatus. SOLUTION: A method for removing impurities in a liquid includes an electrolytic treatment process for electrolytically treating the liquid and a filtering process for filtering the electrolytically treated liquid from the electrolytic treatment process.
