PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel reforming device provided with a reforming gas flow passage member having a bottomed cylindrical body and a cover member which are welded securely and rigidly to each other, and a manufacturing device therefor. SOLUTION: The reforming gas flow passage member 119 is provided with the bottomed cylindrical body 126 engaged with a downstream side end part of the cylindrical body 116 to block the discharge of fuel to be reformed from the downstream side end part and the cover member 124 on which hole parts 130 are formed to pass the produced reformed gas and to which the bottomed cylindrical body 126 is welded. The bottomed cylindrical body 126 has a flange part 134 extending toward the diameter direction at the opening side end part, and the flange part 134 is welded to the side surface part 128 of the cover member 124. |
