PRODUCING SYSTEM AND PRODUCING METHOD FOR LIQUID ORGANIC FERTILIZER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing system and a producing method for a liquid organic fertilizer which additionally enhances effective fertilizer components and reduces a production cost. SOLUTION: The waste gases containing gaseous ammonia and fine dust produced in a fermenting and drying process of organic raw materials are scrubbed. The compost obtained in the fermenting and drying treatment and the waste water of scrubbing in this scrubbing are mixed to obtain a liquid mixture while the dissolution of organic solids into the waste water of scrubbing is promoted. The liquid mixture is subjected to the solid-liquid separation to obtain a liquid organic fertilizer. The waste water of scrubbing which contains nitrogen and fine particles of the compost as fertilizer components and which is regulated to the temperature adequate for promoting the dissolution of the organic solids to the liquid side as compared with fixed temperature water is used in place of the water to be mixed with the compost. The need for supplying the water to be mixed with the compost is eliminated by using such waste water of scrubbing.
