PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing tool simple in structure, capable of reliably sealing a bag, and capable of being produced at a low cost. SOLUTION: The sealing tool comprises a two-piece intertightening tool 1 for pinchingly holding a loop-like binding string 3 and a cylindrical outertightening tool 2 which presses the two-piece intertightening tool to secure a state that the binding string is pinchingly held. The intertightening tool has pinchingly holding pieces 4a, 4b which are alternately engaged with one another and which are protrusively provided at predetermined intervals on the respective inner faces of halved members 1a, 1b devided into two pieces. Further, on an inner face of one of openings in one of the halved members, a partitioning rod 6 which partitions right and left the opening to be devided by the fitting of both the halved members is protrusively provided so as to make a double loop 3a of the binding string catchable. Furthermore, locking means 11 for locking and holding the outertightening tool are formed on an outer circumferential face of the intertightening tool.
