PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe-fixing device of a reciprocative cutting tool effective for achieving reduction of the number of parts. SOLUTION: A lock component 11 composing a shoe holding part is provided on an outside under surface of a nose part 2a in a housing 2. The lock component 11 is integrally formed of a base plate 12 of a plane shape and a lock plate 13 having resilience formed by bending a part of the base plate 12 in a cutting-raised state, and an engaging projection 13a is provided to a tip of the lock plate 13. A plurality of engaging grooves 22 are provided along a longitudinal direction to a fitting leg 21 of the shoe 20, and the fitting leg 21 is pinched from up and down by being inserted between the base plate 12 and the lock plate 13. Besides, the shoe 20 is fixed to the housing 2 by engaging the engaging projection 13a of the lock plate 13 with the engaging groove 23 of the fitting leg 21.
