PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch excellent in rigidity, low temperature heat sealability, steam barrier properties, aroma retention, sanitariness and heat resistance and having high seal sealing strength and thrust strength. SOLUTION: The pouch is obtained by molding the following laminate consisting of a first layer I and a second layer II into a bag shape so that the second layer II becomes inside. The laminate is formed by laminating the first layer I which comprises a polyolefinic resin (i) with an elastic modulus in bending of 2,500 kgf/cm2 or more and the second layer II which comprises a resin material (ii) based on linear low density polyethylene (A) having (a) a density of 0.86-0.94 g/cm3, (b) MFR of 0.01-50 g/10 min and (c) Mw/Mn of 1.5-4.5 and satisfying (D) the relation of T75-T25<=-670×d+644 between the difference T75-T25 between temperature T25 eluting 25% of the whole and temperature T75 eluting 75% of the whole calculated from an integrated elution curve of an elution temperature-elution quantity curve due to TREF, and density (d).
