PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior trim material stable in positioning of a pad, favourable in adhesivity with the pad and capable of forming a shape of the pad flat. SOLUTION: A dash insulator 10 is arranged on the side of a passenger room 3 of a dash panel 4, the dash insulator 10 is constituted of an insulator part 10a made as arranged on the side of the dash panel 4 and a skin 1b made as arranged on the side of the passenger room 3, and the pad 12 is accumulated and fastened in a recessed part 11 formed on the skin 10b of the dash insulator 10.
