PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire treatment structure to stabilize a wiring route of a wire in the structure to adapt a wire winder to use two lines of the wire and a driving system of a slider to interlink with it on a tonneau cover device for a vehicle free to open and close an upper surface opening of a luggage room interlinked with opening and closing operation of a back door. SOLUTION: The wiring route of the wire is stabilized and doubling of the wire and a stay is reduced without giving a hindrance to loading work of luggages to the inside of the luggage room as well as to opening and closing operation of the back door 2 by wiring and treating the wire drawn out of a wire winder 40 through a cylindrical guide cylinder body 61 passing a back door connecting wire 41 connected to the back door 2 through a curved outer casing 60 or a vehicle body.
