SOLUTION: When the cellular phone 20 in a vehicle receives an inward call, an inward call data is transmitted from this cellular phone 20 and input to an input means (communication I/O means) 1, the inward call data received by the input means 1 is given to a control means (CPU) 2, a table concerning information to display in correspondence with the inward call data and necessity of display previously registered in a memory means (RAM) 8 in accordance with it is retrieved, necessary display information is produced by the control means (CPU) 2 in accordance with it, and the display information is given to the display 9 and displayed on a screen. At the same time, it is given to voice output means 10-13, converted into a voice and output.
