PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural implement properly adaptable to the state of a rice field. SOLUTION: The agricultural implement 1 is provided with a tillage rotary working body 16 for tilling the field, and an upper cover 31 for hindering the dispersion of soil is placed above the tillage rotary working body 16. The first land-leveler 38 is placed on the upper cover 31 via an elastic linking body 32. The first land-leveler 38 has a protruding engaging shaft 36 which is laid along a rotary center shaft X placed in a lateral horizontal direction. A rotary operation-setting body 24 takes a control posture by rotary operation and restricts the positional change of the engaging shaft 36; and takes a permission posture and allows the positional change of the engaging shaft 36.
