PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installing structure for a traction hook, capable of obtaining a stable deformation mode not impeding predicted deformation of a vehicle, by securing rigidity in relation to tensile load of the vehicle and alleviating impact force in a head-on collision to be directly input to a vehicle body frame through the traction hook without largely changing a structure of the vehicle body frame or a front bumper. SOLUTION: This installing structure for a traction hook penetrates a bumper face and a bumper beam and is to be attached to the front end of side frames arranged on both sides of a vehicle body. A traction hook holding means is arranged between the front end of the side frame and the bumper beam, and the traction hook holding means is provided with a displacement member to be displaced to the rear part of the vehicle body while holding the traction hook when impact load is input from the front part of the vehicle body.
