PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound having high plant disease injury-controlling efficacy. SOLUTION: This compound is a triazolone derivative of the general formula [I] wherein, R1 is A1-L1 group, A1-ON=CA2 group or the like, wherein, L1 is a single bond, oxygen atom or the like; and A1 and A2 are each a (substituted) 6-10C aryl or the like; one of T, U and V is CR2, another one is CH or a nitrogen atom, and the other one is CR3 or a nitrogen atom; and W is CR4 or a nitrogen atom, wherein, R2, R3 and R4 is H, a halogen atom, 1-6C alkyl or the like.
