PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle carrying vessel in which a sailing space and a placement space do not become narrow and a cargo handling of vehicles can be carried out even if the vehicles having a different vehicle height mixedly exists. SOLUTION: A horizontal ramp part 15 becoming the same height as a central ascending/descending panel positioned at a lower position is provided on a ramp route 14 and a flap part 21 is inclinably provided at a portion of the central ascending/descending panel 17 adjacent to the horizontal ramp 15. The height of the horizontal ramp part 15 and a height of an edge part 21A at a reverse pivot axis S side of the flap part 21 are made approximately equal by an inclined motion of the flap part 21 corresponding to the ascending/ descending of the central ascending/descending panel 17 in no relation to an ascending/descending position of the central ascending/descending panel 17. A taking from the fixed horizontal ramp part 15 to the central ascending/ descending panel 17 is made possible irrespective of level difference.
