PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise display hanger which has a drastically simple structure, which can neatly display merchandise with excellent appearance and which is very convenient since it is not bulky in carrying and storing when it is not used. SOLUTION: A technical means is adopted with which a configuration is obtained where the prescribed position of a flexible sheet material 1 with restoration elasticity is partially cut to obtain a double-wing hanging piece 11 provided with opening/closing wings 11a and 11b, both wings 11a and 11b of the hanging piece 11 are pinched, narrowed and put through the restraining hole 21 of a merchandise package body 2 to be hung on the double-wing hanging piece 11, and then, the wings 11a and 11b are released to permit the hanging piece 11 to be extended in the width direction and fitted to the restraining hole 21 to hang the merchandise package body 2.
