PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aromatic polycarbonate resin composition exhibiting stability and flowability on molding and highly flame-retardant. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of (A) a resin component selected from the group consisting of an aromatic polycarbonate and a resin mixture of an aromatic polycarbonate with a styrenic resin, the resin mixture containing at least 20 wt.% of the aromatic polycarbonate, and 0.1-50 pts.wt. of (B) an organopolysiloxane comprising (B-1) a linear organopolysiloxane of formula 1 and (B-2) a cyclic organopolysiloxane of formula 2, the amount of the component (B-2) being 5-95 wt.% based on the total weight of the components (B-1) and (B-2). In the formulae 1 and 2, n1 is at least 2; n2 is at least 3; R1 is an aromatic-containing, 6-20C hydrocarbyl group; R2 is an aromatic-free, 1-20C hydrocarbyl group; and R3 and R4 are each H or a triorganosilyl group: SiR53 (wherein R5 is a 1-20C hydrocarbyl group).
