PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic filling and packaging method and a device therefor wherein a packaged body on which an unsealing piece of tape is always affixed to a predetermined location on the body. SOLUTION: In the automatic filling and packaging device, which has a first and second motors M1, M2 to rotatably drive, respectively, a pullout roller 3 for pulling out a film F from a raw fabric 1 and a cylindrical body feed roller 51 for sending a cylindrical body F1 filled with contents, and a control device for controlling the motors M1, M2, and in which the control device can change over the first and second motors either to an independent drive or to a dependent drive, a film feed roller 31 for delivering a belt like film is disposed between a tape attaching device 20 for attaching a piece of tape T to a film and a forming plate 40, and the roller 31 is driven by an independent third motor M3, and the control device can change over the third motor M3 either to an independent drive or to a dependent drive together with the motors M1, M2.
