PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bead molding drum device, for joining a bead apex rubber to a bead core, which has a drum for gluing the bead apex rubber in a cylindrical form with such characteristics that a plurality of drum segments are mounted, in the peripheral direction, on the drum and solve such a problem that a variety of the drums with varying sizes in compliance with the diametral sizes of the bead core are conventionally prepared and the drums need to be replaced whenever a manufacturing lot is changed. SOLUTION: The positional adjustment of the drum segments 8 in the diametral direction can be made by a diametral direction forward/backward drive part 12. Therefore, the drum need not be replaced when the manufacturing lot is changed. Consequently, it is possible to facilitate and speed up the operation at the time of changing the manufacturing lot and also keep the manufacturing cost at a low level.
