PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems generated in a conventional heating method, such as (1) the irregularity of the quality of a heated article, (2) the extension of a temperature rising time, (3) the extension of an exhaust time, (4) an increase in the loss of the quantity of steam discharged along with exhaust gas or the like. SOLUTION: Steam is supplied to a heating means which heats an article to be heated having a space therein, to accelerate the discharge of air in the article to be heated from the air discharge means which is arranged in the article to be heated, while heating the article to be heated from the surface thereof to accelerate the supply of steam into the space, and the article to be heated is directly heated from the surface and inside thereof to be molded.
