PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carry bag which is usable as a cart by using casters and may be folded and adequately carried when the bag is not used. SOLUTION: Casters 4 are developably and foldably mounted at an outside surface bottom 21 of a bag body 2 and a bag housing pocket 3 is mounted at one flank of the bag body 2. The bag housing pocket 3 consists of a gore 30 and a front 300. The front 300 is connected to the gore 30 so as to make the bag housing pocket 3 openable and closable to a full open state. Luggage is made housable in the bag housing pocket 3 during use. When the bag is not used without packing the luggage therein, the bag housing pocket 3 is fully opened and the gore 30 is turned back so that the bag body 2 may be folded and housed into the bag housing pocket 3.
