PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a fishing bucket, the lid of which is not flapped by wind when the lid is opened. SOLUTION: This fishing bucket consists of an almost rectangular or a cubic vessel body (1), grips (3) installed on a pair of counter faces of the vessel body (1), a lid unit (2) having flexibility, attached to the periphery of the vessel body (1) to be operable and thrededly secured on either one face different from faces to which the grips are installed, a fixture (6a) installed on the face to which the lid unit (2) of the vessel body (1) is thrededly secured and a fitting means (7) installed on the lid unit (2) and connecting the aforesaid fixture (6a).
