PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grained leathery sheet where the base layer and a grain side have integrated feeling and solid feeling just as a natural leather, free from skittery feeling in appearance, having sophisticated feeling, and seldom exposing the base layer even if the grain side is worn, namely having high surface strength, and also excellent in air permeability/moisture permeability. SOLUTION: This leathery sheet has such a structure that at least one side of a base comprising a polymeric elastomer and an interlaced nonwoven fabric made of bundles of ultrafine fibers <=0.4 dtex in single fiber fineness is successively laminated with an ultrafine fiber layer with the ultrafine fibers partly fused together and a polyurethane coating layer; wherein the polyurethane coating layer is characterized by having >=100/cm2 fine pores each <=300μm in diameter and having crosslink structure of polyurethane fiber in at least part of the fine pores.
