PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sensitive recording material having excellent color developing characteristics, thermoplasticity and head matching properties, a heat sensitive recording type label sheet and heat sensitive recording type magnetic ticket paper. SOLUTION: The heat sensitive recording material comprises a protective layer using at least one type of a copolymer resin (A) obtained by polymerizing at least one type of a (meth)acrylamide, an acrylonitrile and a vinyl monomer having a carboxyl group and a core shell type emulsion copolymer resin (B) obtained by polymerizing the (meth)acrylamide in the presence of a seed emulsion of the acrylic (co)polymer together with at least one type of a silicon oxide compound pigment of the resins (A) and (B) on a heat sensitive recording layer. The heat sensitive recording type label sheet and the heat sensitive recording type magnetic ticket paper use the heat sensitive recording material.
