PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive elastic member having excellent characteristics such as low electric resistance, low hardness, micro cells, low residual strain of compression, high strength or the like. SOLUTION: This conductive elastic member comprising polyurethane foam obtained by mixing a urethane prepolymer synthesized from a polyol and a polyisocyanate and a water dispersed carbon, uses (A) a polymer polyol synthesized by using a polyether polyol including >=70 wt.% of oxypropylene unit as a base, (B) a hydrophilic polyether polyol including >=50 wt.% of oxyethylene unit or jointly using (C) a polyether polyoi including >=70 wt.% of oxypropylene unit, and an image forming device. |
