PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible and soft cloth causing little lowering of tear strength even after repeated autoclave treatment. SOLUTION: The cloth contains polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber as the warp and/or weft, the cover factors of the warp and the weft are 700-2,000 and 500-1,800, respectively, and the retention of tear strength is >=40% after repeating the wet-heat treatment of the cloth 200 times under the condition satisfying the conditions (a) temperature; 121 deg.C, (b) relative humidity; 100% and (c) heat-treatment time; 30 min at the same time.
