PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a foamy cosmetic capable of providing creamy foam of fine texture, good in slip of the foam and further providing a good feeling of use when a cosmetic stock solution is discharged. SOLUTION: This foamy cosmetic is characterized by comprising polystyrene or a styrene copolymer, a surfactant, water and a propellant.
