PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion-packaging corner pad formed of a laminate of foam sheets which is L-shaped, and easily arranged at a desired position in a packaging box while maintaining the high cushioning capacity avoiding crush of foams in a corner part. SOLUTION: A plastic foam sheet is wound around a winding frame having a rectangular contour in an overlapping manner in a plurality of layers to form a square prism, the square prism is divided into a plurality of prisms at predetermined intervals along the periphery, and ends of the prisms are welded. The prisms are welded and cut in the direction along the axis substantially at the centers of four sides. The plurality of plastic foam sheets with the length thereof gradually increasing from the inside to the outside overlap in a shape of the L-shaped section, and the periphery thereof is welded to obtain the cushion-packaging corner pad in an integrated laminate shape.
