PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure for a vehicle body, capable of optimizing strength balance, reducing the number of part items, reducing the total weight, and reducing man-hours. SOLUTION: This frame structure for a vehicle body is provided with a vehicle body reinforcing frame member 4 having at least longitudinal extending parts and an upper or lower lateral extending part out of the longitudinal extending parts b1, b4, the lower lateral extending part b2 extending laterally from the longitudinal extending part, and an upper lateral extending part b3 extending laterally from the longitudinal extending part; hollow members G1, G2 formed by forming longitudinal closed spaces d1, d4 and an upper or lower lateral closed spaces d2 or d3 by joining a pair of panels 2, 3 to each other, arranging the longitudinal extending parts b1, b4 in the longitudinal closed spaces d1, d4, and arranging the upper or lower lateral extending parts b2 or b3 in the lateral closed spaces d3, d4; and foam blocks 6, 7 and 17 supported on plural parts of the reinforcing frame members 4, 13 and for blocking up the facing position by being allowed to abut on the inner surfaces of a pair of panels 2, 3 by being heated and foamed.
