PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejector in which liquid ejection accuracy can be enhanced by correcting variation of nozzle pitch. SOLUTION: The liquid ejector comprises a recording head 26 having an array of a plurality of nozzle openings 3 for ejecting ink drops arranged in the sub-scanning direction and a piezoelectric oscillator for ejecting liquid from each nozzle opening 3, and a carriage for moving the recording head 26 in the main scanning direction. Since the recording head 26 can be set while inclining depending on the pitch dimension of the nozzle openings 3 in the nozzle array, the pitch dimension of the nozzle openings 3 can be corrected in the sub-scanning direction even in case of a recording head 26 having a different pitch dimension of the nozzle openings 3 and ejection accuracy of ink drop can be enhanced.
