PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set drive handles 35 and 35 at their operation positions and storage positions. SOLUTION: The wheelchair has the drive handles 35 and 35 for driving/ rotating wheels 16 and 16 independently, oscillation frames 31 and 31 for supporting the drive handles 35 and 35 independently, and lock mechanisms 40 and 40 for locking the drive handles 35 and 35 at their operations positions above. When the drive handles 35 and 35 are raised at their respective operation positions, the drive handles can be automatically locked by the lock mechanisms 40 and 40.
