PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gelidium jelly confectionery capable of ingesting dietary fibers and natural minerals, suitable as a beauty food, creating sweetness of Hizikia fusiforme and taste of miso and having refreshing flavor. SOLUTION: This gelidium jelly confectionery is obtained by incorporating a lump of a sweetened miso 3 and a lump of a Hizikia 2 separately or the lump of the Hizikia 2 peripherally coated with the sweetened miso 3 into a gelidium jelly. Wild herbs or fruits are preferably added to the sweetened moso 3. |
