PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical distribution management system capable of carrying out an ordering and a supply of materials by linking a production at a product processing factory with a material supply from a material procurement side and a material supply to the product processing factory by a physical distribution part. SOLUTION: The physical distribution management system of the present invention solves the problem by constituting the system by a plurality of material procurement sides 10; a plurality of product processing factories 13 for processing a product using a material supplied by the material procurement sides 10; distribution centers 11, 12 for combining plural kinds of materials transported from a plurality of material procurement sides by an amount required by the product processing factories 13 and transporting them to the product processing factories 13; and a control center 15 for preparing a store purchase order presumption table 16 of the product based on a predetermined information, determining a purchase order amount of the respective materials to the material procurement sides 10 based on the store purchase order presumption table 16 and determining a supply amount of the respective materials to the product processing factories 13.
