PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating systemic erythematodes and/or an inflammatory intestinal disease (Crohn disease, ulcerative colitis, etc.), includ ing an administration of a growth hormone secretion accelerans-substance (GHS), its prodrug, pharmaceutically permissible salts of the GHS or the prodrug. SOLUTION: This method comprises treating systemic erythematodes and/or an inflammatory intestinal disease (Crohn disease, ulcerative colitis, etc.), in a patient. The GHS is a compound of formula I (Het, R3, R4, R6, R7, R8 and X4 are each as defined in the specification), its stereoisomer mixture, an isomer rich in the diastereomer of the mixture, pure as the diastereomer, rich in the enantiomer or pure as the enantiomer or the prodrug of these compounds, its isomer mixture or the pharmaceutically permissible salts of the compound, the mixture, the isomer or the prodrug.
