PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memo stand having a simple structure, capable of reducing the number of parts and capable of being manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: A sheet body 1 capable of being folded and assembled and having a predetermined shape has an intermediate sheet part 2 demarcated by a pair of parallel folding lines 4, 4 and a pair of folded sheet parts 3 and 3 arranged on both sides of the intermediate sheet part 2. An arcuate notch 5 is formed to the intermediate sheet part 2 and insert pieces 6 and 6 are provided to the end parts of a piar of the folded sheet parts 3 and 3 and locking projected parts 8 and 8 are formed to the end edges on the base end sides of the insert pieces 6.
