PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin/wholly aromatic polyester resin composition excellent in heat stability and heat resistance and having good flowability. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises (1) 100 pts.wt. of a resin composition comprising (A) 1-99 wt.% of a polycarbonate resin and (B) 99-1 wt.% of a wholly aromatic polyester resin, and (C) 0.0001-2 pts.wt. of an acidic phosphonium salt compound.
