PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document holder capable of arranging a plurality of paper pieces to post up notices in a manner easy to see and capable of regulating the holding force of the paper pieces and to also provide a document holder having a magnet capable of being attached to a place other than iron surface to be used. SOLUTION: (1) An annular expanded strip part 2 having a curved outer peripheral surface is provided to the peripheral edge of a disc part 1 and an elastic holding sheet 3 having a screw hole formed to the center thereof is fitted to a ring A having a screw hole formed to the center thereof, and the screw 5 provided to a locking member 4 is passed through the ring and the holding sheet 3 and further passed through the screw hole formed to the center of a magnet cap 6 to be screwed in a nut 8 inside the magnet cap. (2) A ferromagnetic body is used as a material to be formed into a plate shape.
