PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve activation of the facial cells with generated negative ions, improvement of the skin sterilizing function as well as the improvement of the blood circulation by, massaging the face by generating sufficient negative ions with a simple means in using negative ions of a tourmaline ore for a brush of a face massager. SOLUTION: The face massager comprises an electric motor 2 built in a main body 1 of the face massager and the brush 3 made of synthetic resin to be rotated by the electric motor 2, and tourmaline powder is included in the brush 3. A bending stress concentration part 3a whose area of the cross section of the brush 2 is different is formed in a part of the brush 2, and the tourmaline powder is included at least in the bending stress concentration part 3a.
