PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new sweetener composition having the excellent properties inherent in trehalose or erythritol, high sweet strength and the taste quality similar to that of sucrose, and to provide a food and drink, especially a coffee drink, obtained by formulating the composition. SOLUTION: This sweetener composition comprises trehalose or erythritol, and acesulfame K and aspartame; wherein the composition comprises 40-99.8 wt.% of trehalose or erythritol, and the weight ratio of acesulfame K to aspartame is (2:8) to (10:0). This sweetener composition is formulated in a food and drink, especially a coffee drink. |
