<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an applicator with which especially eyelashes or eyebrows can be made up satisfactorily and which can be used in a sufficiently long period. SOLUTION: Matters such as cosmetic products or caring products in particular can be applied to the eyelashes or the eyebrows with the applicator (1).
