PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane imitation leather freed from problems associated with the relevant conventional techniques, made from inexpensive materials, and excellent in water repellency/oil repellency and antifouling tendency and also abrasion resistance and nontackiness, etc. SOLUTION: This imitation leather is characterized by being composed of a base sheet and a resin layer at least on one side of the base sheet; wherein the resin layer is characterized by comprising a polyurethane having a side chain derived from a fluorine-containing diol and shown by the general formula (I).
