PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TNF-α production inhibitory compound useful as a therapeutic agent for autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis. SOLUTION: The new compound having a structure represented by the general formula [1] and its salts have excellent TNF(Tumor Necrosis Factor)-α production inhibitory activity, wherein A is NR4, CR5R6 or O; B is an alkylene or alkenylene; R1, R2, R4, R5 and R6 are each H, an alkyl, an alkenyl or an adamanthylalkyl or the like; R3 is an aryl or an unsaturated heterocyclic ring; X is O or S. |
