PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter sheet that satisfies prime requirements for a filter sheet particularly for a domestic kitchen range such as flame and heat resistance, easy removal deposited oil, and in addition is easy to keep and lock clean as the deposition of oil droplets is easily found and made inconspicuous, and excellent in terms of appearance, cost, disposal and environmental protection. SOLUTION: The filter is a fibrous filter sheet comprised of wool as a main component and having a specific amount of carbon fiber, non-halogen type heat fusing chemical fiber and a flame retardant adhesive and the like incorporated therein.
