PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woven or knit fabric getting different feelings by the application of different post-treatments and producible in high efficiency at a low cost and provide a post-treatment method for the fabric. SOLUTION: Two kinds of yarns (A, B) constituting a polyester combined filament yarn satisfy the formulas 5<=BWS(A)-BWS(B)<=55, 2<=HAS(B)-HAS (A)<=6, BWS(B)<=15 and -5<=HAS(A)<=0 (BWS and HAS are boiling water shrinkage and dry heat shrinkage after fixed-length heat-treatment of the yarns, respectively) at the same time. When the woven or knit fabric is subjected to scouring, relaxed treatment and dyeing treatment after the dry-heat setting at a temperature above the glass transition temperature of the yarn A and below 120 deg.C while restricting the shrinkage in the direction of the length of the combined filament yarn, the yarn A is exposed to the surface of the fabric and the yarn B becomes a core yarn to develop a bulky feeling. When the fabric is subjected to the dry or wet heat-treatment at >=70 deg.C after the dry or wet heat-treatment at <=60 deg.C and dyed, the yarn B is exposed to the surface of the fabric and the yarn A becomes a core yarn to develop a bulky feeling different from the feeling obtained by the former treatment.
