PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning agent composition which has good foamability and low irritability, does not give a slimy touch, has moist touch feeling, and has proper viscosity and transparency as a liquid cleaning agent. SOLUTION: This cleaning agent composition characterized by containing (A) at least one anionic surfactant selected from alkyl sulfates, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfates, higher fatty acid salts and polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfates, (B) an N-long chain acylamino acid salt, (C) an N-long chain acyl neutral amino acid ester represented by formula 1: [R1 is a 5 to 21C linear or branched alkyl or alkenyl; R2 is H or a 1 to 3C linear or branched alkyl; R3 is H or a 1 to 4C linear or branched alkyl; R4 is a 1 to 10C linear or branched alkyl or alkenyl; (n) is an integer of 0 to 2], and (D) an inorganic salt or a pyrrolidone carboxylic acid salt as essential components.
