PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing apparatus for a refrigerator or the like with a reduced amount of a used corrugated fiberboard. SOLUTION: The packing apparatus comprises a bottom box 1 equipped with cushions 2 in internal spaces on the right, left, front and back of a box formed of a corrugated fiberboard or the like and with an upper surface opened wherein an object 3 to be packed such as a refrigerator is mounted on it, a synthetic resin bag 4 to be put from above the object 3 which has been mounted on the bottom box 1, and an upper box 5 equipped with cushions 6 for protecting upper right and left corners of the object 3 with the bag 4 put over in internal spaces on the right, let, front and back of a box formed of a corrugated fiberboard or the like and with a bottom face opened. An outer periphery is fastened by a band, and a foot of the bag 4 is fixed to side faces of the bottom box 1 via an adhesive 8 or the like to prevent dust from entering.
