PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine press fitting and detaching type accessory attaching structure capable of accurately and surely performing press fitting, mounting and fixation to a determined position, being easily attached and detached and improving the efficiency of the work. SOLUTION: Plural groove holes are provided on a rear part fixation supporting part and a pawl part is inserted from the groove hole from a rear part, attached to the rear part fixation supporting part and press fitted and attached from the rear part to an attaching hole for a winning device on a game panel. A front surface decoration plate is disposed at a panel surface projected part and a connection supporting part disposed on the front surface decoration plate is inserted, press fitted and fixed. A sensor for sensing game balls is disposed at the rear part of a panel surface projected part supporting part and a game machine press fitting and detaching type accessory attaching device is provided with a structure to be force-fitted and attached from the front and the back holding a game panel in the middle for accurately and surely fixing and attaching the winning device to the game machine at the determined position.
