PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coffee maker that can extract coffee fully and uniformly from the coffee powder 18 by spraying hot water in wide range from the small holes 11 of the bottom plate 12 of the rotor 10 by avoiding the situation that only part of the coffee powder 18 is poured with hot water and the rest not extracted, and that is efficient for utilizing coffee powder 18 and can obtain sufficiently rich coffee. SOLUTION: In the coffee maker 1, the water supplied from the water tank 3 through the hot water pipe 6 is heated by a heater 5 attached to the hot water pipe 6, and the heated hot water is poured on the extracting container 16 filled with the coffee powder 18. A hot water spray device 7 having a rotor 10 which is provided with many small holes 11 at the bottom is disposed on top of the extracting container 16 and the hot water is supplied on the rotor 10. |
