PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an apparatus for mixing and casting a synthetic resin material, easy in maintenance work and capable of enhancing productivity without increasing piping, vacuum piping, pressure piping and heat source piping equipment at every material. SOLUTION: A free bearing is attached to the stand for supporting a mixing tank to provide a running part with respect to a mixer which has the mixing tank housing the resin material, a resin material charging port for charging the resin material in the mixing tank, a resin material delivery piping and resin material delivery port for delivering the resin material after mixing treatment and stirring blades attached in the mixing tank in a freely rotatable manner to stirr the resin material. The mixer is made freely movable by the driving from an external feed mechanism to be moved to a material charging position or a material mixing position and a tank washing position to perform material charging treatment or various treatment.
