PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrugated board structural sheet made of a resin having practically sufficient light beam barrier properties and excellent surface design characteristics as well as a container. SOLUTION: In the corrugated board structural sheet made of a resin comprising two pieces of a liner part facing each other in parallel or almost in parallel and a plurality of ribs which are arranged in parallel or almost in parallel between the liner parts and connect both liner parts together, each of the liner parts is constituted of a surface layer part having the surface of the liner part on the side where it is not opposed to the other liner part and an inner layer part which is formed of a different material from the surface layer part and is adjacent to the surface layer part, opposite to the other liner part. The total light beam permeability of the part formed of the inner layer parts of both liner parts and the ribs is 10% or less.
