PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable portable disposal bag made of raw materials each of which has a biodegradable nature. SOLUTION: The portable disposable bag consists of a water absorbent material, a bag-shaped impervious product, and an adhesive tape, each of which has a biodegradable nature, and the water absorbent material comprises galactomannan, boron ion, and a multivalent metal ion of trivalent or more other than boron ion.
