This invention relates to a method of manufacturing a Multi-locking Pulley characterized by the steps of: A) extruding a length of material as part of a Multi-locking Pulley, and B) cutting the length of the material when it reaches the desired length for the said Multi-locking Pulley. C) select the desire sizes of the pulley components with the right quantity for each components and placed them to form a shape of a pulley. D) inter lock all the components by slotting them into one another. E) tighten up all the components by mean of bolt (Alan Keys Screws) to form a complete Multi-locking Pulley. |
